1. The first: check who is the seller of your equipment
When you need maintenance for your machine, the first thing to do is to check if your machine is sold by Qavashop distinguished by (QFulfilled) or a marketplace vendor is distinguished by ( Sold by ). This information is shown in product picture/page:
If the item is not (Qfulfilled) you can request maintenance through our mobile application (Spherey)

If your item is sold by a marketplace vendor:
In this case please contact us to provide you with the vendor's service information and make sure to include the order number and item reference number or the name of the vendor from the invoice.
