You can cancel the order any time before the delivery has been delivered to you.

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us you can return or replace the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

All regularly stocked items (not customized or ordered as a special order), with the exception of chemicals, disposables, and consumable products can be returned absolutely free within 14 days from the date of delivery, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.
