If you are a registered customer you can see the current status of the order (including delivery tracking number) in your user account. 




If you are a "guest customer" you can check the status of the order and tracking number at our help center to do this:

  1. Open Help Center
  2. You should be logged in but if not, you will be asked to log in (the same credentials as for Qavashop.com) - this is not mandatory but it will speed up the next step
