If the original box has been sealed using tape other than the original manufacturer's tape it means the item was checked in our warehouse before shipping to you.

Please notice, some originally packed and sealed items might have water drops inside or coffee residues - this indicates the testing which was made by the manufacturer and is a normal process to ensure machine quality. It does not mean the machine has been used.
