We make every effort to shorten the time it takes to return funds to your account.

Important notes: 

• If the refund request was for a returned item, the refund process will initiate after receiving the item in our warehouse. Kindly note that the date of the pickup is not the same date that the item will be received in our warehouse.
• In some cases, the credit/debit card refund fails. In that case, the refund will be processed as a bank wire refund.

The time of refund depends on the payment method:

1. Credit or Debit cards (Mada, Visa, Mastercard, etc.):

• If the payment is with (Mada) It should take 1-2 business days (given that the refund is within 14 days period of order creation) if it is past that it'll be bank wired (3-5 business days) or manually refunded ( 15-20 days )

2. Cash On Delivery or Bank Wire: In such cases, We require our customer's bank information either written or a picture of the Iban card. In order to proceed with the refund request. As soon as the information has been received, the refund request will be raised, and will take 3-5 business days.
